1975 | George Willcox (Granite) Limited founded |
1980 | Stan Linley appointed as Managing Director |
1983 | John Linley joins company |
1990 | Simon Bellamy appointed as director and 10 year expansion plan begins |
1992 | Fully equipped factory commissioned with Thibaut edge polishing, profiling and CNC controlled surface polishing |
1995 | First colour brochure launched setting industry standard |
2005 | New state of the art warehouse opened to modernise distribution |
2006 | George Willcox becomes largest memorial wholesaler in UK |
2007 | A record of 7 containers in a week is reached |
2008 | New warehousing and office complex planned |
